Refund policy

Once you have confirmed and placed the order we cannot change or cancel it.

In a rare event if the item delivered is defective or damaged you can claim exchange or return within 3 days from the date of delivery. In all other cases there is no return or exchange available. 

To claim return or exchange reply to the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
