Refund policy
- We accept returns only in case of the item delivered in defective or damaged.
- All return claims must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.
- After receiving the return request the customer needs to submitted proof of damage or defective by sharing an unboxing video of the parcel along with the video in detail of the product showing the damage or defect.
- Once the video is checked and cleared by our quality department we will ship the replacement order. Kindly note that it can take up-to 7 working days to ship the replacement order from the date of clearance by our quality department.
